Silver Lining Linens is locally owned and operated by proprietor, Terri Gross. As a native of Tallahassee, she began her career here in 1980 with a local hotel in sales and catering. With many years of experience in the hospitality industry she has enjoyed working with hotels in the south Florida and The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
Upon returning to Tallahassee, she recognized a need for specialty linens and chairs. When helping a friend design and coordinate her wedding, she found that any specialty linen would need to be outsourced from another city at great expense; therefore limiting what her friend could afford. Later, Terri was asked to design and a rehearsal dinner and thus, Silver Lining Linens was conceived.

Over the past three years she has created a local inventory to include a variety of basic linens to elegant sheer overlays as well as chair covers/ties and napkins in many colors at affordable prices. Future expansion will include greater variety specialty linens and Chivari chairs.

“The most enjoyment I get out of my business is sitting down with the client and/or event planner and helping create their vision for the event and then the hands-on set up of making it happen. Each event should reflect the unique style of the host whether it is a wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday or anniversary, intimate gathering or corporate event.
